Your order will be processed straight away and you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days however some products which are special order or not stocked by our central heating suppliers will take longer you will be advised when this situation arises.

Please note orders under £100.00 + VAT GBP have a standard delivery charge of £5.99 plus VAT @ 20%.

Orders over £100.00 + VAT - FREE

All orders are despatched from a local depot via our suppliers and are delivered Monday to Friday only. You will be contacted once your order has been processed to arrange a convenient date & time Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm from one of our suppliers. If you wish to get a confirmed delivery date contact us for details

Orders may also be collected from our suppliers next working day on most products and we will advise you of the nearest branch to collect them from. If you wish to request a collection please make sure you advise us in the additional comments area within the checkout

Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time we will take this as the order is correct. Once items have been installed or fitted under no circumstances can they be returned
